Christian Dyer, SHS alum, UGA student
In 2018 I was forcibly evicted from my home. I had been working for years to achieve my dream of going to college, but when I was on my own I realized just how difficult it was going to be.
I was lucky, I found a support group that would help me make it to college, but it was quickly apparent that I wasn't going to get the support I was promised. I've struggled through college, working full time most of my five years here.
I decided to make a change.
With the help of our donors and community support, the Perseverance Fund actively hosts two scholarship programs to help other highly afflicted youth break through their own glass ceilings to greatness.
Thank you for helping me create change for those that truly need us the most.
